Our Refund Commitment
At Silver Point, we are committed to delivering exceptional consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent for all clients.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial service agreement date. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
For ongoing consulting engagements, refunds apply only to services not yet rendered or work not yet commenced.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Services have not yet commenced
- We are unable to deliver agreed-upon services
- There is a material breach of our service agreement
- Cancellation occurs before project kickoff
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consulting sessions or deliverables
- Custom research and analysis already performed
- Strategy documents and reports already delivered
- Services rendered more than 14 days ago
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
Partial Refunds
For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be issued based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Time invested by our consulting team
- Resources allocated to your project
- Deliverables already provided
We will provide a detailed breakdown of any partial refund calculation.
